Ingredients

This recipe makes 6 crepes.

– 110g of spelt flour
– 340ml hemp milk
– 2 Dates to Sweeten (Optional)
– Grapeseed Oil for frying

Method

The method is really simple and only takes a few minutes to make.

1- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together for around 30 seconds – 1 minute or until all ingredients have combined.

2- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan.

3- When the oil is starting to slightly bubble, pour some of the crepe mixture into the pan.

4- Only a thin layer is needed but this can be altered depending on the desired size.

5- After around 40 seconds – 1 minute, (or when the side facing upwards starts to change colour), take a spatula and slightly lift the crepe.

6- If the underside has changed colour, flip the crepe and cook the other side and cook for the same amount of time.

7- Repeat the process for each crepe.

Enjoy plain and simple or add any desired toppings.
