Equipment

– Mixing Bowl
– A Flat Surface or Rolling Mat
– Rolling Pin

Ingredients

Remember, to keep in line with Dr. Sebi’s Alkaline Nutrition Plan, use organic, non-canned fresh ingredients for optimal health.

The herbs and spices used in this recipe can be altered to the preferred taste.

– 3 Cups Spelt Flour
– 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
– 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
– 1 Teaspoon Oregano
– 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
– 1 1/2 Cups Warm Still Spring Water
– 2 Teaspoons Grapeseed Oil

Method

The method is really simple and only takes around 10 minutes.

1- Add the flour, herbs, and spices to a mixing bowl and mix together.

2- Then add the Still Spring Water and use your hands to mix all ingredients together to form a round ball of dough.
(Flour can be added to the mix to make it less sticky and easier to handle).

3- Sprinkle a little flour on the flat surface or rolling mat then put the dough ball out ready to roll.

4- Use the rolling pin to stretch out the dough to your desired shape and size.
(This list of ingredients usually yields 1 round pizza base of around 30cm in diameter).

5- The spelt flour pizza base is now ready and toppings can be added to make the perfect Alkaline Pizza.
